All services are billed monthly in SEK. You can pay with credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna, or Swish. Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and your service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Yes, you can upgrade your VPS plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are applied immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all VPS and storage services, backed by our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If uptime falls below this threshold in any given month, you are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA terms.

Yes, DNS management is included free with any active service. You can manage A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, and NS records from your dashboard. Changes propagate quickly through our global DNS infrastructure.
You can create manual snapshots at any time from your dashboard with one click. Snapshots capture the entire state of your server and can be restored instantly. For automated backups, enable the Automated Backups add-on which creates daily backups with 7-day retention.
Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel individual services or your entire account at any time from your dashboard. Cancelled services remain active until the end of the current billing period. We recommend downloading any data before cancellation.
Yes, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You can set it up in your account security settings using any TOTP-compatible authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password.
